We realize each property owner has different expectations with how they'd like help. Some owners don't want guests bothering them at all hours, while others want to manage their own rentals but need help with maintenance. We want to make working with us as easy as possible. When you hire us, you pay a monthly or per item subscription fee (like your gas or cable bill). We work with you to schedule the right time to perform any maintenance or cleans. We provide before and after photos on everything we do. We also do an onboarding visit and take detailed notes and pictures of your property, appliances and yard. If you ever need a new microwave or fridge, we will have the specs and info to help you find the perfect replacement. We aim to keep it simple and provide a killer service.

If you have multiple properties, not a problem. Most of our service plans are based per property or per work item. You can either sign up a plan per property (useful if they are under different businesses) or contact us and we can setup a single plan for all of your properties.
You certainly can go that route and ultimately it comes down to how much you want to take on yourself or let someone else handle. Hiring a dedicated resource can run you $80k+/year. You may also not have enough work to keep them busy. Mountain Property Pros can handle all your property needs for a fixed monthly price. We are also more than happy to work with anyone on your team to accomplish your property needs as well.
We are a Utah based company and currently focus and specialize the the following areas. Moab, Park City, Heber, Salt Lake County and Utah County. If you have any questions or want to know if you property is eligible, contact us.
We typically focus on individual homes and properties. However, we would be happy to discuss any larger or commercial properties to determine if we'd be a fit or not.
We currently are not set up to handle the following. Pet services, care or cleanup. Disaster cleanup services like fire, water or mold. Large construction projects requiring permits. Large demolition projects. We do work and partner with many companies that can handle these services and can give recommendations.
We currently do not offer refunds for our services. Keep in mind though that there are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time. We strive for excellent customer service and have not had any problems with our clients to this point.
